1. Weird idea: capital shield boosters + CPRs ? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
I do believe Capital ship skills affect capital ship mods. I fly a Pheonix, and Chimera.. I'm so used to not using CPR's that I've never checked. I'll check when I get home from work. Interesting to see what happens, especially with the phwonix
